LG Hosts Hockey Night for
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County |

On March 30th at the Arrowhead Pond of
Anaheim arena, LG hosted an event in celebration of the
Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Orange County program.
Big Brothers and Big Sisters brought their "Littles" to
the arena for a day filled with games, food and admission
to the Mighty Ducks versus the Vancouver Canucks game.
The kids took photos with Mighty Duck's mascot, Wild Wing,
and two lucky kids got the chance to ride the Zamboni
ice machine in-between periods.
Among the many activities scheduled for the event, the
attendees also had the opportunity to meet legendary Mighty
Duck's alumni goalie, Guy Hebert. Hebert who is the Duck's
all-time leader in games, wins, starts, minutes, saves
and shutouts gave a speech and was on hand for a photo
and autograph session.
LG also provided mobile phones to the BBBS of Orange County
to open the lines of communication between the "Bigs"
and "Littles". |
